Our Facilities

Surface Treatment

To ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and enhanced aesthetics, Hawks Engineering offers a variety of advanced surface treatment options tailored to meet our clients’ diverse needs:

Electroplating

Electroplating involves depositing a thin layer of metal, such as zinc or chrome, onto the surface of components through an electrochemical process. This
treatment improves corrosion resistance and wear protection, extending the life of automotive parts. At Hawks Engineering, our electroplating facilities
ensure uniform coating with excellent adhesion and finish quality.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a dry finishing process that applies a fine powder to metal surfaces, which is then cured under heat to form a tough, protective layer. This environmentally friendly coating offers superior resistance to chipping, scratching, and fading. Hawks Engineering utilizes powder coating to provide vibrant, durable finishes on various automotive components.

Nylon Coating

Nylon coating applies a protective thermoplastic layer to metal parts, offering excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and insulation properties. This coating is particularly useful for parts exposed to harsh environments. Hawks Engineering uses nylon coating to enhance the performance and lifespan of critical components.

PV Coating

PV coating (Polyvinyl) is a protective plastic film applied to parts to guard against corrosion and environmental damage while maintaining flexibility. Hawks Engineering incorporates PV coating for components requiring a lightweight, yet effective protective barrier.

At Hawks Engineering, our comprehensive surface treatment capabilities ensure that every part we manufacture not only meets mechanical standards but also excels in durability and finish quality
