Welding Section

At Hawks Engineering, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch welding solutions tailored to meet the high-quality standards of the automotive industry. Equipped with advanced welding technologies and skilled technicians, we ensure precision, durability, and consistency in every weld.

Projection Welding

Projection welding at Hawks Engineering is primarily used for nut-to-sheet welding. We utilize state-of-the-art Capacitor Discharge Spot Welding
machines, imported from China, designed to operate under strictly controlled, predefined welding parameters. This ensures strong, reliable welds with
minimal distortion, critical for automotive components where precision is key.

Spot Welding

Our spot welding process is designed to join sheet to sheet using the passage of electrical current through the materials. Hawks Engineering operates
multiple high-specification spot welding machines, enabling us to deliver consistent weld quality on various sheet metal assemblies, essential for
structural integrity and durability in automotive parts

CO2 Welding

CO2 welding, also known as Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) with CO2 shielding gas, is a versatile welding method ideal for joining thicker metals with high precision and strong weld joints. At Hawks Engineering, we leverage advanced CO2 welding technology to achieve clean, robust welds that meet demanding automotive specifications. Our skilled welders ensure optimal gas flow and current settings to maximize weld strength and minimize spatter.

Brazing

Brazing is a metal joining process that uses a filler metal melted at temperatures above 450°C, without melting the base metals. This technique provides strong, leak-proof joints with excellent corrosion resistance. Hawks Engineering employs expert brazing techniques to assemble complex sheet metal components, maintaining the integrity of delicate parts while ensuring lasting durability under operational stresses.
